
HISTORY
In 1992 it was a deforested area full of ponds, where the neighborhood pigs were the biggest frequenters.
There was only one small house (half-water, no columns to support the asbestos roof).


The project started with the 60-meter stone wall that today isolates it from the Caetano Monteiro Road. It took two years of construction, just for the wall, stone after stone, on top of tons of concrete, made with a hoe.


While the wall was being built, the house began to be modified and the first lakes were built.



Gradually the place changed…


and after many years of construction, it has become a place that delights those who know it, especially those who have some knowledge of the hardwood species and the Atlantic forest.




and the incredible amount of water and springs recovered, for a property within a city like Niterói.






Hoje, o local está todo plantado, e muitas criaturas vivem lá em harmonia, como a capivara ao lado.
